If you don't receive our e-mail...
Occasionally, e-mail messages bounce back to us, saying that the e-mail is not deliverable. We may have no alternative way to get in contact with you if this occurs.
If you register to download, then an automatic e-mail is sent to you immediately and you should get it in a few minutes or an hour. If you send us e-mail, then please allow a day or two for us to respond to the e-mail.
If you do not receive an e-mail within the expected time period, then try the following:
(1) Check to see if you have a spam filter, either at your Internet Service Provider or on your computer e-mail software. If you do have a spam filter, check through the messages set aside as spam to see if an e-mail from "Social Work Software" or "firstname.lastname@example.org" is there. Also, if you have a spam filter, it would be a good idea to add "socialworksoftware.com" to the "white list" of sources from which you are willing to receive e-mail.
(2) If you have more than one e-mail address, please try registering or sending e-mail using the other e-mail address.
(3) Send us an e-mail with your telephone number or mailing address. If you are in the United States, we will call you or mail a letter to you with the download location, price quote, or other information you requested. Our e-mail address is email@example.com.
